A manifesto, not a mission statement
We started Fractal Coders because we kept watching talented teams ship software that worked on the demo call and failed in the dark. The code was fine. The observability was missing. The architecture was never written down. The deployment was a person, not a pipeline.
We believe engineering excellence is a practice, not a title. It shows up in the ADR you wrote before the PR, the SLO you set before the launch, the eval you wrote before the prompt. It compounds. Small disciplines, repeated, become systems that don't break.
Our engineers come from different backgrounds \u2014 cloud, ML, web, mobile, QA \u2014 and we treat that diversity as the point. The hardest problems live at the seams between disciplines. We staff for the seams.
